Fun Fitness, Speed & Skills: Ages 7-11

Research has shown that kids athletic development and overall fitness is dependent on the motor skills they learn through the ages of 7-11.  These skills are vital in improving speed, agility, confidence, and overall fitness.  Fun Fitness, Speed & Skills is the perfect combination of teaching technique, coordination, strength development, and self esteem that a child needs to build upon their present foundation.

Our program is made up of 60 minute sessions that focus on building a strong base of skills and proper technique that takes place in a fun, exciting atmosphere.

Strength, Speed & Power Development: Ages 12-14

Level 2 of our program aims at the development of the skills and techniques of our Fun Fitness, Speed & Skills program.   This is the ideal age for building upon the foundation of strength, speed and power. 

Our 90 minute program uses proven methods to enhance athletic performance, fitness and physique goals.  This is the perfect program to learn proper strength training technique and advanced skill work.

Peak Performance: High School & College

Our Peak Performers have graduated on from years of basic skill development and are ready for the next level.   This program ramps up the intensity level to prepare the participant for all the demands he/she face on the field of play or in life. 

Each 90 minute session will push the participant closer to the top of their game with advanced training methods and drills.

Peak Performance participants can expect improved:

Bootcamp: Ages 12-14 & 14-18

Our Bootcamp program is the perfect way to get in shape fast.  This can be the perfect routine for last minute off-season training for athletes or a perfect program to get in shape for the beach, prom or just look good in general for non-athletes.  

Each 60 minute session will include cardio and body weight strength training to get you feeling and looking in shape fast.

Bootcamp participants can expect improved:

Team Practice

Teams will be able to come in with coaches and/or trainers and take advantage of our 45 yard turf field for their practice needs. Great for rainouts.  Interested coaches should contact Team Summit to schedule practice times.



Team Training

Teams can longer afford to win their games on pure talent.  Teams are made and developed during the off-season to become stronger, quicker and more agile. 

In our Team Training sessions,one of Team Summits certified trainers will push the team through strength, speed, and agility training tailored to meet the goals of their sport .




 

Sports Nutrition

Athletes are only half as good as they can be without proper nutrition.  This is a plan designed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that implements healthy eating for any of your sports nutrition goals, including healthy weight gain, healthy weight loss, post workout nutrition, and proper fluid replacement.

Nutrition Counseling

Need to change your eating habits?  Our Registered Dietitian will design a program for you that allows you to change habits, make better choices, and evaluate your overall diet.
